Our FUND RAISING program is easy and effective with absolutely NO upfront cost. A program you can definitely afford and find different from all others, in that we hand make each of our crosses from the original designs of Andre’ & Tony.
Your church or organization will be provided (free) with a beautiful display to help launch your fundraiser. This will include a sample of crosses hanging on a light weight, unobtrusive frame. It can be placed in a venue on church premises where it can be seen by all members of your congregation. We will also help your organization create camera-ready documents such as a fundraising announcement for your church bulletin – complete with pictures. All of this at no cost to you. And, most important of all, your organization will earn up to 50% in total profits.
All of the orders will be ready for pickup within 30 days of your final sale day but we often only require a two-week notice. Each item will be boxed and labeled.
Our robust collection of Christian crosses look like found artifacts and architectural relics. Christian crosses are superb products to use to raise funds for churches. Crosses come in various sizes which can be used as architectural pieces or in garden settings around the home and office. Delicate embellishments make each cross unique and beautiful.

Fund raising is an important project when planning for your mission trips, retreats, special events, even to buy snacks for the evening prayer meetings and movies. It is important to keep your focus on the end result or the reason you need the funds in the first place.

- that if this is communicated in the right way it will command support.
Below are some of our suggestions:
Prepare an announcement and order form for printing: Here is an example fundraising ANNOUNCEMENT which you may edit to fit your needs. This is where you would tell your supporters the purpose and importance of the fundraiser and need of funds. The announcement is important in that it is an advertisement, a form of communication for your event. The best ways to do this is make an announcement from the pulpit AND have a double sided insert in your church bulletin. (The double sided announcement serves two purposes in that it announces your event on one side and provides an order form to take home with website to view all crosses. All crosses displayed on our website have retail prices.)

We suggest having enough copies of the announcement to hand out to every one entering the church and have more copies at each display.
- Send copies home with each youth/adult so they can talk with family and friends. Remember the importance of your mission and the needed funds!
ALWAYS GIVE PLENTY OF NOTICE OF YOUR SALE!
Print the catalog. Have at least one catalog at each display, if two have been requested. We recommend photo paper or a heavier weight of 28# or more. A Quick Note From Testimonials: Give each person involved in the fund raising event a catalog and a slew of order forms and send them out to talk with everyone they feel comfortable approaching. (We also offer samples!)
Every week we ask that you send a tally via email to andre@sunsetgallery.net OR you can call us with your sales. We will invoice and prepare your order for pick-up OR delivery at this time.
Please Note: We do not release the order until we receive the payment.
Each order is usually ready with in a two week time period. So please plan accordingly especially near holidays or special occasions.
BIG TIP: An order is not official unless you receive payment – in other words take payment at the time the order is placed.

Delivery Charge: Due to the ever increasing fuel prices we are now charging a small amount to deliver your order to help defray the cost of delivery. Our local Spring, Tomball, Magnolia, Conroe, Humble and North Houston area is $35.00. All other areas over 30 miles are $45.00 -$50.00.
